Additional assistance provided in 2020 for organisations to assist with pandemic respoonse
LBT announces additional funding to provide COVID- 19 response assistance.
The Lady Bowen Trust was supported by the Queensland Government through the provision of $120,000 to distribute additional funds to organisations to assist them to provide increased assistance to clients in need under the Dignity First Fund COVID-19 Response Round.

The Dignity First Fund provided one-off funding to support new and innovative ideas from non-government providers that:
- prevent and reduce homelessness
- help people experiencinghomelessness live with dignity.
The Dignity First Fund is a key action of the Queensland Housing Strategy 2017–2020 Action Plan. It aims to provide a range of essential services that make a real difference for people in our community who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
